Step 1
Design Review
We analyze your design for structural feasibility, material suitability, and manufacturing optimization

Material Preparation & Cutting
Premium materials (304/316 stainless steel, aluminum, cast acrylic, etc.)
are selected and precision-cut using advanced CNC laser equipment, with tolerances within ±0.1mm.
Step 3
Fabrication
Metal returns are bent and formed, corners seamlessly welded, and acrylic components precision-routed.
Every piece is hand-finished for structural integrity and visual perfection.
Step 4
Surface Finishing
Finishes applied per specification——automotive-grade painting, PVD coating, brushing, polishing, or mirror finishing——all rigorously checked for color accuracy and durability.
Step 5
LED Integration & Testing
High-quality LED modules are installed and wired. Each sign undergoes a 12-hour burn-in test to verify brightness, color consistency, and stability.
Waterproof testing is performed where applicable based on installation environment and project requirements.
Step 6
Quality Control & Packaging
Final inspection covers dimensional accuracy, illumination performance, and surface quality.
Approved signs are individually wrapped in anti-static foam and secured in custom-engineered wooden crates for maximum protection. We then arrange international freight forwarding to deliver your order safely to site.
