Our brushed antique copper halo lit letters combine warm vintage metal character with soft ambient lighting, designed specifically for retro-style commercial spaces. Each letter is precision fabricated from 304 stainless steel with seamless welding and fine polishing, then finished with electroplated antique copper and directional brushing for a consistent, textured retro patina. The sign features an exposed frosted acrylic base structure. Built-in LED light diffuses evenly through the acrylic layer, emitting soft glow from the side edges while projecting a gentle halo onto the mounting wall. This dual-layer luminous effect creates richer depth and stronger atmosphere than standard single backlit signs, and maintains clear three-dimensional layering even when unlit.
Installation is achieved via pre-installed threaded studs on the back of each letter, mounting flush to the wall with no suspension gap. Standard fully recessed backlit signs produce only a flat wall halo, with limited luminous depth and weak close-range atmosphere. Our exposed acrylic base structure emits soft light from the side edges of each letter, plus a diffused wall halo. This dual-layer lighting creates a richer, more immersive warm glow that enhances vintage ambiance, and adds visual dimension to the sign even when the lights are off.
