Our custom front lit edge lit channel letters deliver a sleek, minimalist brand display solution designed for indoor desktop and countertop use. Each letter body is precision fabricated from 304 grade stainless steel (upgradeable to 316 marine grade or aluminum) and finished with automotive-grade powder coating, ensuring a smooth, durable and color-consistent surface that maintains its premium appearance for years in indoor environments.
The front face is crafted from high-transmission acrylic with UV-printed full-color graphics, enabling accurate reproduction of multi-color brand logos without layered assembly or visible seams. Side-embedded LED strips provide even, edge-lit illumination across the entire acrylic face, creating a clean, frameless glowing effect with no metal borders for a modern, high-end aesthetic.
Each set of letters is pre-fixed to an integral clear acrylic backplate and paired with an independent L-shaped clear acrylic support stand. The stand is designed primarily for freestanding placement on reception desks, retail counters and exhibition tabletops — no wall drilling required. Pre-drilled holes on the horizontal base of the stand allow for permanent countertop screwing to prevent tipping in high-traffic public spaces, with fully hidden fasteners to preserve a clean, minimalist look. Wall floating mounting is also available for dry indoor spaces, with an open rear gap for natural heat dissipation to extend LED lifespan.
The front luminous face has no exposed screws; functional service screws are located on the bottom of each letter for easy internal LED maintenance. PACKAGING
Each set of letters is individually wrapped in protective film and thick pearl cotton to prevent scratches to the powder coated surface and acrylic face. Custom cut foam inserts securely hold the pre-assembled backplate, L-shaped stand and mounting hardware inside the shipping container. All orders are packed in export-grade wooden crates for full impact protection during international transit. We replace any units damaged in transit at no additional cost.

WARRANTY

Warranty excludes damage from improper installation, physical impact, unauthorized modification, outdoor exposure, liquid submersion beyond the rated IP grade, natural disasters or chemical corrosion.
