PACKAGING
Each light box is individually wrapped in thick shock-absorbent bubble wrap to safeguard the acrylic surface, gold brackets and LED components during transit. Custom-cut foam inserts secure all components, mounting hardware and installation documents inside the shipping container. All export orders are packed in heavy-duty export wooden crates for full impact protection on international freight routes. Any units damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost.
