Our design uses a solid acrylic face fitted to a stainless steel channel housing, with internal LED components that deliver a smooth, even faux neon glow. The acrylic face can be color-matched to the housing for a seamless, monolithic appearance when unlit, transforming into vibrant, uniform neon illumination when powered on. No fragile glass tubes, no exposed wiring, no cheap strip-light look — only refined, commercial-grade neon styling built for daily professional use.

PREMIUM SOLID ACRYLIC DIFFUSION FOR CONSISTENT GLOW
Cheap channel letters often show visible LED hot spots, uneven brightness and grainy light output. Our signs use thick, high-transmission solid acrylic faces with precision light diffusion treatment, paired with properly sized LED strips or modules selected based on letter dimensions and application requirements. This ensures consistent, edge-to-edge illumination across every letter stroke. The result is a full, saturated glow that closely replicates the look of traditional glass neon, with the added benefits of low voltage, low heat output and long service life.

INTEGRATED BACKING BOARD FOR CLEAN INSTALLATION & HIDDEN WIRING
Standalone channel letters often leave visible wiring, mounting screws and wall marks that disrupt the finished look. Our integrated backing board pre-assembles the full letter set in the factory, hides all electrical connections and wiring, and provides a single, stable mounting surface. This reduces on-site installation time, eliminates visible hardware from the front face, and delivers a clean, professional result that reads as a deliberate design feature, not just mounted signage.

PACKAGING
Each letter and backing board component is individually wrapped in protective film and thick shock-absorbent foam to safeguard the acrylic face and finished surfaces during transit. Custom-cut foam inserts secure all components, mounting hardware and installation documents inside the shipping container. All export orders are packed in heavy-duty export wooden crates for full impact protection on international freight routes. Any units damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost.

Warranty excludes damage from improper installation, physical impact, abrasive cleaning, unauthorized modification, chemical corrosion, natural disasters or accidental damage.
