PACKAGING
Each light box is individually wrapped in protective film and thick shock-absorbent foam to safeguard the powder coated finish and acrylic panels during transit. Custom-cut foam inserts hold the sign body, bracket and mounting hardware securely inside the shipping container. All export orders are packed in heavy-duty export wooden crates for full impact protection on international freight routes. Any units damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost.

WARRANTY
All our custom projecting light boxes come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, powder coating finish and LED components under normal intended use.
Warranty excludes damage from improper installation, physical impact, unauthorized modification, submersion beyond the rated IP grade, chemical corrosion, natural disasters or accidental damage.
