PACKAGING
Each letter is individually wrapped with protective film and pearl cotton to prevent surface scratches on the brushed PVD finish and acrylic panel. Any units damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost.

All our custom brushed titanium gold backlit channel letters come with a 5-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects in material, workmanship, PVD finish and LED modules under normal use. Warranty excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, artificial impact, unauthorized modification, improper power supply, natural disasters or chemical corrosion beyond the specified material grade and waterproof rating.
