The exposed frosted acrylic back panel is precision-cut to match each letter profile and mounted flush to the housing rear. High-transmittance frosted acrylic diffuses LED light evenly, producing a soft, wall-wash halo glow around every letter — even at sharp corners and curved strokes. Unlike hidden or recessed acrylic designs that confine light, the exposed panel allows fuller light spread and a more visible halo ring, ideal for clients who want the backlit effect to be a prominent design feature.

WALL MOUNTED FLUSH INSTALLATION FOR CLEAN AESTHETIC
Standard wall mounted flush installation fixes each letter directly to the wall with hidden rear studs, with wiring concealed through the wall. This creates the cleanest, most streamlined appearance with no visible raceway or mounting hardware — the preferred choice for interior reception walls, boutique retail and modern commercial spaces where architectural aesthetics are critical. The low-profile placement keeps the halo glow tight and refined around each letterform.

HOLLOW FABRICATED CONSTRUCTION FOR STRUCTURAL PRECISION
Each letter is crafted from laser-cut stainless steel faces with expertly bent and welded returns, forming a rigid hollow shell that houses the LED system. Full digital CNC cutting ensures accurate font restoration and tight, seamless joints. The hollow structure reduces weight while maintaining dimensional stability, and the fully sealed housing protects internal components from dust and moisture. Every weld is ground and finished to invisibility, preserving the flawless painted surface across the entire letter.

FULL-GRADE WATERPROOF & APPLICATION-MATCHED LED
Standard IP65 dust and waterproof rating covers most indoor, semi-outdoor and covered exterior applications. IP67 and IP68 fully sealed upgrades are available for fully outdoor, coastal, high-humidity or pressure-wash environments. LED sourcing is matched to installation: LED strip or module for indoor projects, and injection-molded LED modules for outdoor exposure with superior UV resistance and long-term durability. PACKAGING
Each letter is individually wrapped with protective film and pearl cotton to prevent surface scratches on the painted finish and acrylic panel. Custom foam inner support avoids extrusion and collision during transit. All export orders are packed in reinforced export corrugated cartons; custom wooden crates available for large volume and international shipping. Any units damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost.

WARRANTY
All our custom wall mounted backlit channel letters come with a 5-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects in material, workmanship, baked paint finish and LED modules under normal use. Warranty excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, artificial impact, unauthorized modification, improper power supply, natural disasters or chemical corrosion beyond the specified material grade and waterproof rating.
