Classic glass neon is fragile, high-voltage and high-maintenance, while budget flexible neon strips are thin, flat and lack dimensional quality. Our design uses polished solid acrylic strips recessed into a rigid metal channel to replicate the soft, diffused glow of vintage neon, with the durability, safety and substantial feel of professional channel letters.
Letter housing and recessed tray can be finished independently in matching or contrasting styles. Standard finish is automotive-grade powder coating in any custom Pantone color; electroplated tones, brushed metal and antique finishes are all available on request. No fragile glass tubes, no exposed wiring, no cheap strip-light appearance — only a refined, long-lasting neon aesthetic built for commercial-grade use.

RECESSED TRAY DESIGN FOR LAYERED AESTHETIC AND CLEAN WIRING
Standalone neon letters often leave visible wires and mounting points that detract from the intended effect. Our integrated recessed tray frames the entire letter set, adds depth and shadow for a more immersive display, and fully conceals all wiring, connectors and mounting hardware. The result is a cohesive, decor-ready piece that reads as intentional interior architecture, not just a mounted sign.

VERSATILE INSTALLATION WITH STANDARD HANGING CONFIGURATION
The standard build comes with four metal lifting rings for ceiling suspension, with the letter face directed downward to create an overhead feature element. This unlocks ceiling and overhead spaces where conventional wall-mounted signs cannot be used, making it ideal for bar counters, game rooms, mall atriums and dining areas. All mounting configurations are fully customizable — wall mount, floor stand and side mount options can all be engineered to suit project requirements.

PACKAGING
Each letter and tray component is individually wrapped in protective film and thick shock-absorbent foam to safeguard the acrylic strips and finished surfaces during transit. Custom-cut foam inserts secure all components, mounting hardware and installation documents inside the shipping container. All export orders are packed in heavy-duty export wooden crates for full impact protection on international freight routes. Any units damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost.

WARRANTY
All our custom neon-style channel letters come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, finish and LED components under normal intended use.
Warranty excludes damage from improper installation, physical impact, abrasive cleaning, unauthorized modification, chemical corrosion, natural disasters or accidental damage.
