AUTOMOTIVE GRADE BAKED PAINT FOR LONG-LASTING FINISH
Ordinary spray-painted letter housings fade, peel and scratch within 1–2 years of outdoor exposure, requiring costly refinishing. Our automotive grade baked paint process cures high-performance enamel at high temperature, creating a hard, durable coating with excellent adhesion, UV stability and scratch resistance. The finish maintains uniform color and gloss for years under sun and rain, far superior to standard spray paint or powder coating. Full Pantone and RAL color matching is available to align with brand guidelines.

UNIFORM FRONT ILLUMINATION WITH ZERO DARK SPOTS
Low-quality front lit signs suffer from visible LED hot spots, uneven brightness at corners and shadowed areas inside enclosed letter shapes. We use high-transmittance acrylic faces with evenly spaced premium LED modules, delivering consistent, shadow-free illumination across every stroke — even at sharp corners, tight curves and enclosed counters. The bright, even glow ensures maximum brand visibility day and night, with no distracting brightness variations.

PACKAGING
Each letter is individually wrapped with protective film and pearl cotton to prevent surface scratches on the acrylic face and baked paint finish. Custom foam inner support avoids extrusion and collision during transit. All export orders are packed in reinforced export corrugated cartons; custom wooden crates available for large volume and international shipping. Any units damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost.

WARRANTY
All our custom trimless front lit channel letters come with a 5-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects in material, workmanship, baked paint finish and LED modules under normal use. Warranty excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, artificial impact, unauthorized modification, improper power supply, natural disasters or chemical corrosion beyond the specified material grade and waterproof rating.
